Infant Teacher

We are looking for a caring and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team at Ryann’s Room. You will be responsible for nurturing and supervising infants, creating a safe and stimulating environment, and fostering their developmental milestones through play and learning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care to infants, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Implement age-appropriate activities that support physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and nurturing classroom environment.

• Communicate daily with parents about their child’s progress and needs.

• Follow all daycare policies and licensing regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with infants preferred.

• Passion for working with children and promoting their development.

• Ability to work as part of a team in a supportive environment.

Open Positions:

Assistant Director

We are seeking an organized and motivated Assistant Director to support the daily operations of Ryann’s Room. You will assist in managing staff, maintaining compliance with childcare regulations, and ensuring a high-quality program for children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Director in overseeing staff, classrooms, and daily activities.

• Ensure compliance with licensing standards and maintain a safe environment.

• Assist with enrollment, parent communication, and staff scheduling.

• Help plan and implement programs that meet the developmental needs of children.

• Step in to lead classrooms or provide care as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Experience in early childhood education or childcare management preferred.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
